HOW OUR BESPOKE SERVICE WORKS
THE INITIAL CONSULTATION
Your bespoke journey begins with a consultation with our team in our planning studio. This is where we will listen to your ideas, the colours you love, the era and style you’re drawn to, and listen to what’s inside your head! Rebecca specialises in drawing ideas out you never knew you had!
We can discuss if you are starting from scratch or if you already have an heirloom or gemstone you’d like refashioning.
After our consultation we will get to work and start creating a design for you. You will then be invited back to view your drawings and receive a quote.
THE HAND DRAWN SKETCH & STONE SELECTION STAGE
At this point, if you would like to proceed from the initial concept we will take a deposit and we can then begin to refine your design to your specifications before bringing the piece off the page and into life.
This is the exciting stage when we combine the latest CAD technology, the oldest jewellery bench skills and the unique Last Night I Dreamt attention to detail to transform your design into sparkling reality in around 4 weeks.

The big reveal. We will invite you back to our studio or organise delivery for the handover of your precious piece.
Your bespoke Last Night I Dreamt masterpiece will come with our unique hallmark, wrapped and boxed in our exquisite scented packaging alongside the initial drawings.
LAST NIGHT I DREAMT AFTERCARE
Because our journey with you never ends! This is one special piece of jewellery that you’ve helped us design and make for you and we recognise that! We’re thrilled to offer a complimentary stone check and polish one year after purchase. After this there’ll be a small charge so that we can keep showing your sparkles some love! From the very beginning to the very end and beyond you’ll experience the Last Night I Dreamt magic and the thread of love will weave throughout your bespoke story. We cannot wait to begin your Last Night I Dreamt bespoke journey.
