Orders placed on our website are sent via Royal Mail.

We offer free delivery on orders over £50. Outside of this our standard postage charge is £4.95. We also offer a special delivery option at £8.95 which will track your order and allow your order to be delivered the next working day. Our special delivery option does now allow for delivery over the weekend and orders must be placed by 1pm to allow for next day delivery. 

The exception to free delivery on orders over £50 is during the last few days before Christmas. Because we cannot guarantee orders arriving before Christmas during this time and to save on disappointment, we only offer a chargeable special delivery service. This year (2025) orders placed from 19th December 2024 onwards will be charged special delivery prices and will not be eligible for free delivery over £50.

We aim to send orders within 2 business days. This does not include weekends. 

You must notify us promptly and within 48 hours of receipt of any goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.
