
SUMMER NOTES
The Summer is a busy time for us at LNID. With our hard working team taking holidays and our repair workshops closing for a break, here are a few things that we will be changing over the Summer period.
REPAIR WORKSHOPS CLOSED FOR SUMMER
During the Summer our repair workshops close for a break. Due to this, we will not be accepting repairs during this time. Our repair service will re-open in September and will run as usual from this point. Please do not bring repairs to store during the Summer closure period as we will not be able to assist you during this time. For insurance purposes we will not hold jewellery to be repaired on-site, so therefore can only accept repairs once they are able to be transferred to our workshop in September.
JEWELLERY BREAKAGES/FAULTS
If your jewellery has broken or you have found a fault with your jewellery, please contact us via email or visit us in-store. If your jewellery is out of warranty we will be unable to assist with a repair until our workshops open in September. TEAM HOLIDAYS
Over the Summer our hard working team will be taking holidays, including business owner, Rebecca. During this time our team will be running on reduced capacity and usual business response times and services may be slower/unavailable due to the owner being away from the business.
If you are contacting us by email or phone please be patent with our team. We will aim to respond to you within 3-5 working days during this time period.
If you are contacting Rebecca as a supplier or for any other business service, please expect a response from September onwards. Urgent enquiries relating to business services will be responded to via email within 3-5 working days during this time.
Please note, we will not be able to support business service or supplier enquiries by phone during this period.
BESPOKE, PIERCING AND WELDING SERVICES
Our bespoke, piercing and welding services will be open as usual. If you are contacting us about any of these services via phone or email please allow 3-5 working days for a response.
